At Ruqyah Services India, we are committed to providing authentic, Quran-based spiritual healing while ensuring transparency, professionalism, and adherence to Islamic guidelines. By using our services, you agree to the following policies and terms.
1. Authenticity & Methodology
- All ruqyah sessions follow Quran and Sunnah without deviation.
- No taweez, amulets, numerology, astrology, or non-Islamic practices are used.
- Our services are for spiritual healing, not supernatural claims or fortune-telling.
- Healing is from Allah alone—we do not guarantee results, as every case varies.
2. Confidentiality & Privacy
- All personal details shared during ruqyah remain 100% confidential.
- Sessions cannot be recorded unless mutually agreed upon.
- We never disclose client information to third parties.
3. Booking, Payments & Cancellations
- Appointments must be pre-booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Payments must be completed before the session begins.
- Refunds are not available once a session has started.
- If a client is late by more than 15 minutes, the session may be rescheduled based on availability.
- Emergency sessions may require an additional urgent booking fee.
4. Session Guidelines
- Clients must be in a state of wudu (ablution) before the session.
- Avoid consuming heavy meals, alcohol, or intoxicants before a session.
- Follow all post-session instructions, including self-ruqyah, adhkaar, and spiritual practices.
- If the patient experiences strong reactions (such as crying, body movements, or discomfort), remain calm and follow the raaqi’s guidance.
5. Special Guidelines for Female Patients
- If a woman or girl is taking a ruqyah session (in person or via video call), she must:
✅ Be in full hijab throughout the session.
✅ Have a mahram (father, brother, husband, or son) sitting beside her. - Any session booked without a mahram present will be canceled immediately.
6. Online & Video Call Ruqyah Policy
- Online ruqyah sessions are equally effective, but severe cases may require in-person follow-ups.
- A stable internet connection is necessary for video call sessions.
- Clients must ensure a quiet and private space during the session.
- Female patients must follow the hijab and mahram rule as stated above.
7. Emergency & Critical Cases
- Emergency ruqyah sessions are available for cases involving:
- Severe jinn attacks, seizures, or violent reactions.
- Suicidal thoughts related to spiritual afflictions.
- Uncontrollable physical pain with no medical explanation.
- In extreme cases, a family member must be present during the session.
8. Medical Disclaimer
- Ruqyah is a spiritual treatment, not a replacement for medical or psychiatric care.
- Clients with serious medical conditions (mental or physical) should consult a doctor alongside ruqyah.
- We do not provide medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or psychological counseling.
9. Code of Conduct & Respect
- Any form of disrespect, aggression, or inappropriate behavior towards the raaqi or staff will result in immediate termination of the session.
- Clients must approach ruqyah with sincerity, patience, and reliance on Allah.
10. Home Visits & Travel Policy
- Home visits are available for clients who physically cannot travel due to severe conditions.
- A mehram must be present if the patient is a female.
- Additional travel charges may apply depending on the location.
- The environment must be safe and suitable for ruqyah. Any safety concerns may result in session cancellation.
11. Children & Elderly Ruqyah Policy
- Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a parent.
- Elderly patients should have a family member present for assistance.
12. Post-Ruqyah Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for following post-session guidelines for protection and continued healing.
- Morning and evening adhkaar are essential for preventing spiritual afflictions from returning.
- Ruqyah is not a one-time solution—patients must maintain their own spiritual discipline.
13. Personal Belongings & Spiritual Objects
- Clients must inform the raaqi if they suspect any object in their home is related to sihr (magic).
- Any found taweez or suspicious items must be destroyed following Islamic guidelines.
14. Liability & Responsibility
- We do not guarantee instant results, as healing is in the hands of Allah.
- We are not liable for any consequences arising from neglecting spiritual practices, disobeying ruqyah advice, or engaging in prohibited activities after healing.
- Clients who seek help from magicians, fake healers, or shirk-based practices will not be entertained.
15. Agreement & Acceptance
By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these policies. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of services.
For any questions or clarifications, please contact us directly.
May Allah grant healing and protection to all who seek His help. Ameen.
